Simply swipe employee badges and capture classroom attendance data electronically in the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC). Easy Scan works with your existing employee badges and a variety of affordable scanners to efficiently manage classroom attendance. There are two simple ways to capture the data. You can create a class in the HLC and then download the class data to a computer in your classroom or you can create a class “on-the-fly”. Capture attendance and then associate it later to a class in the HLC. Best of all, Easy Scan is affordable to implement because it uses existing badges and computers, and inexpensive scanning devices.
