Summary: Our Order Fulfillment Specialist/HeartCode Success Manager will perform one-time implementation tasks such as course publishing; connect publishing, HD offers, Easy Scan activation etc. HeartCode publishing will comprise 50% of the responsibilities. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the analytic needs of our research clients, our consultants and our sales and marketing staff. Summary: The Systems/Network Engineer position oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information systems in HealthStream’s 24/7 high-capacity production environment. Common Job Titles include Networking Engineer, Systems Engineer, Network Analyst, Network Consultant, Systems Manager, Network Manage. Our Systems/Network Engineer will install hardware, systems, and software for networks and servers. Install, configure and maintain network services, equipment and devices, production servers and server clusters. Summary: Our Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation to support effective customer utilization of HealthStream and SimCenter products, and for developing multi-media training materials and collaterals using a variety of software programs. Position works closely with Training department under Senior Director of Training and offers support to other HealthStream departments as needed. The Technical Writer develops and maintains technically-accurate and user-friendly documentation for all HealthStream and SimCenter products and services, for both internal and external users. Prepares documentation that is grammatically and technically correct, using appropriate and consistent formatting guidelines, with minimal to no revision/editing required. Manages and maintains an inventory of all documentation, including archiving prior versions and current active documents. They will maintain RoboHelp online help platform (or other help system software) to ensure that it is constantly up-to-date and fully-functional and tests HealthStream software applications to ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation, and research technical information for use in documentation by meeting with programmers, developers, business analysts, project managers and others as necessary. Monitors industry standards and makes recommendations for software upgrades and new product purchases to support documentation efforts. Summary: The Director, Quality & Process Improvement is responsible for leading company-wide continuous improvement initiatives to achieve HealthStream’s goal of creating the highest quality products and services. Will analyze current processes and best practices in various business segments to define and understand their needs and deliver innovative business solutions leveraging Lean and Six Sigma tools and methods when appropriate, conduct process audits to report on effectiveness, identify weaknesses and recommend plans of remediation, responsible for building and maintaining relationships throughout a matrix organization structure, acting as liaison between subject matter experts and functional roles. Will develop internal processes and procedures to support operations, client services, and product management activities. Will partner with Operations and IT to define and deliver technology results to support business solutions and advise, train and mentor department leaders in Lean and Six Sigma methods. Will also identify and evaluate beneficial technology to leverage as part of solutions. Director, User Experience Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: The Director, User Experience will develop, establish and lead the User Experience practice at HealthStream. This position will have overall responsibility for the look and feel of all of HealthStream’s customer facing and marketing applications. This position will be a peer to HealthStream’s software development executives and Product Managers.
The Director, User Experience will define and lead a small team to work with HealthStream’s development teams to manage, review and design the overall look and feel of our customer facing web-based Learning, Performance Management, Simulation and Research applications, as well as our public facing marketing web sites. This position will guide the development teams in the design, development, testing and deployment of these applications for the purpose of enhancing and simplifying the user experience, as well as building esthetically pleasing, beautiful software applications. The Director, User Experience will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of standard pattern libraries to be used by the development teams to build consistent and efficient web applications.
The Director, User Experience will have significant experience in applying best practices and design methodologies as relates to user experience, and will have the ability to design web applications and components from the requirements definition stage through testing and deployment. SQL, .Net Developer (Contractor) Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: Responsible for design and development on PSM (PM Sample Management) project which is taking two legacy patient import/sample processes and integrating into a single platform. The project includes, but is not limited to, building systems and processes which would: accept patient files from hospitals via Web/FTP sites; import patient data into HealthStream databases; validate/scrub data and send alerts to sample team of any data issues; apply various rules to extract a representative patient sample; push “sampled” patient data to call center databases or Excel files for external call centers; update project statistics in remote database systems; report status of projects.

Summary: The Associate Vice President (AVP), Client Sales is a senior level position within HealthStream with primary responsibility for developing, leading, and inspiring client sales teams that are responsible for managing accounts, selling solutions to existing clients, securing successful renewals, and accelerating adoption through insight and expertise. In this role, the Solutions Executive seeks to align Simulation Solutions with the clinical and business objectives of the customer, and to increase HealthStream revenues in the account. CATI Programmer Location: Laurel, Maryland
Summary: The Operations Specialist performs a wide variety of data processing functions under the supervision of the Director of Data Management. The candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail while also placing high regard on positive work ethic, teamwork, client service and execution of established processes. The candidate will be expected to professionally and efficiently coordinate with clients as well as colleagues regarding file specifications, client expectations, and survey outcomes. The candidate will be responsible for the development, quality control, and implementation of electronic surveys for the CATI Programming methodology as well as programming and testing small to large-scale market research surveys in a Windows environment. This role requires the ability to perform all programming functions for any project assigned, regardless of complexity, resulting in accurate data collection. HeartCode Trainer Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: The HeartCode Training Specialist provides initial training for HealthStream's HeartCode customers, as well as ongoing training and consultative support, to ensure effective use of all HeartCode products. The HeartCode Training Specialist also provides internal support as needed by participating in internal HeartCode training events, and HeartCode E-learning Workshops. The HeartCode Training Specialist supports the HealthStream/Laerdal partnership through participation in other collaborative initiatives and training opportunities. Provides regularly scheduled HeartCode (BLS, ACLS, PALS and other related products) training sessions both live, via webinar and, where appropriate, using other tools such as social media. Assists in development and maintenance of a variety of customer-facing HeartCode collaterals including product Training Workbooks, User Guides and other support materials. Participate in curriculum design, development and implementation. Provides internal HeartCode training as well as BLS certification for HealthStream employees. Product Manager - Clinical Location: Nashville, TN
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, partner management, revenue growth, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and working closely with sales, marketing, implementation and support to ensure revenue and partner and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role will also focus on the development and growth of relationships with business partners. The Product Manager works closely with the AVP, Simulation, members of the executive team, and other product managers to define and implement the product vision and roadmap, assuring attainment of revenue and customer satisfaction goals and alignment of all activities with HealthStream’s organizational strategy and goals.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or MBA (preferred). A degree in a clinical discipline is strongly preferred; experience working with CPR programs is a plus. At least 3-5 years in a product management or product marketing role, healthcare and technology experience is strongly preferred. Must possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Clinical experience and training in a healthcare discipline is strongly preferred.
