QK - Managing Disagreement

Credits Hours: 2.00

Course Description:
Managing interpersonal differences isn't always easy. Sometimes the tension is visible in the form of backbiting, rivalry, bickering, and resentment. Other times it takes the form of a subtle undercurrent of anger. Pain and emotional scars, wasted time and energy, and waning morale are too often the only products of such situations. This course helps you anticipate and prevent destructive conflict, deal with disagreement before it erupts into conflict, use differences as a springboard to creative problem seeking and solving, and manage disagreement with more skill and assurance.
