    Networking is one key to success, and user groups offer you the opportunity to meet peers from your region to discuss common questions and issues surrounding the HLC. Establishing a great support network that you can turn to is extremely useful and beneficial in optimizing your use of the HLC.

    You’ve got questions. Your local user group has answers. Sharing best practices, tips and tricks and discussing common issues with one another can help increase your knowledge and utilization of the HLC.

    Maybe you’ve got some of the answers. User groups are a rewarding way for you to share your expertise. Someone may have helped you learn a specific function of the HLC, and now you can repay the favor while meeting and networking with your peers.

    Everyone would like to peek into the future. User group members are generally the first to preview upcoming products and functionality. You may also have an opportunity to join a Focus Group that provides feedback to HealthStream on products in development.
