With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Anne has held nursing and patient experience management roles for a large health system in Southern California. In her capacity as a coach, she helps hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country to achieve and sustain excellence in how they deliver care to patients and families. Anne also teaches the best practices, tools, and tactics that drive performance in patient experience and HCAHPS, enhance employee engagement, and improve the culture of the work environment.
