What Is an hStream ID?

Your hStream ID is the account you use to access applications within the HealthStream ecosystem, like the new Resuscitation Skills mobile app. It includes the email address, phone number, and password you use to sign in and stores your security and contact details.

We are hard at work to soon make the hStream ID your all-access account across applications within the HealthStream ecosystem. Stay tuned as we continue to provide more ways for you to use your hStream ID!

Is my hStream ID different from my HealthStream ID?

Yes, they are currently two separate credentials. Over time, your hStream ID will replace your HealthStream ID and provide more self-management features over your account.

New self-management features:

Ability to verify account through text.
Self-service for password reset.
More secure, but simpler password requirements following the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines.
Ability to login to a growing number of HealthStream apps and products using an email address or a phone number.
