Basic HeartCode Coaching

This service package begins at point of sale and continues for one year post kick off of the HeartCode program.  Our tools, tactics, and best practices are evidence-based, outcomes driven, tested and proven over time by customers who have thriving HeartCode programs. We provide custom, individualized coaching that assists in the development of a Resuscitation program to produce measurable, sustainable increases in staff confidence in competency to perform quality CPR, staff satisfaction with their training opportunities, improved quality and safety outcomes, and profitability.

Growth & Sustainability

Focus on how to further develop your HeartCode program so that it is not only the pathway in which staff earn certification for basic and advanced lifesaving provider skills, but more so cultivates the learning landscape to one that trains and maintains competencies that produces quality CPR which leads to improved resuscitation outcomes and more lives saved.

Retainer Coaching

An annual subscription to Resuscitation coaching services. This package includes a pre-determined number of hours to be used as the customer needs to support a new or existing program to continue to develop, sustain, and grow the HeartCode program. It is customer-driven in how the hours are utilized.
