HealthStream is transitioning to a new Single Sign-On (SSO) technology. If your organization uses Single Sign-On to access HealthStream, there are a few steps you will need to complete as part of this transition.The good news is that the process is straightforward, and we're here to help.
Start by watching the walkthrough video below that applies to your organization. Select the video based onthe Single Sign-On provider (IDP) your organization uses to access HealthStream.The video will walk you through the steps your organization needs to complete before we finalize thetransition.
After you have reviewed the appropriate walkthrough:
We'll reach out within 1–2 business days with your organization's unique self-service URL, or
You can email hStreamSuccess@healthstream.com to request your self-service URL immediately.
You may need to involve someone from your organization's IT team to complete some of the steps. If you'renot the person who manages Single Sign-On for your organization, we recommend sharing the appropriatewalkthrough with your IT team.
If you do not see a video below for your IDP, we will be in touch directly to provide the steps for you to take.
Please complete the migration process by December 14, 2026.Organizations that do not complete the transition by the required deadline may experience an impact tostudent access to HealthStream after December 31, 2026.We recommend getting started early to allow time for your organization to complete the required steps andfor any questions or troubleshooting to be addressed.
