With compliance training delivered via a homegrown system, Asante wanted a way to provide necessary training to staff that was specific to their own workflows, provided intuitive learning, and reduced training costs associated with development of evidence-based learning content.

ComplyQ and SafetyQ provided a solution that would make delivery of compliance training easier, more engaging, and reduce the amount of time spent on development of training courses by content matter experts.

Improve_CResults

SafetyQ has effectively replaced more than 50% of the system’s homegrown content for their annual required training, and staff response to the interactive learning courses has been positive. ComplyQ has provided a course library to introduce and build upon key compliance concepts through more engaging content, optimizing staff competency learning. Use of these two programs has saved Asante more than $600,000 a year in costs and 200+ hours of time related to training development and implementation.
