A Conversation with HealthStream and Pineapple Academy

Today’s generational blend in the workforce adds invaluable diversity but it also brings added complexity. It’s important to honor and recognize all generations for their strengths and the valuable contributions they make. As organizations look to retain their top talent and provide professional development opportunities for their staff, leaders must consider how their decisions and investments into education are adopted by all ages.

This video features President of Pineapple Academy, Greg Gorgone. Pineapple Academy an expert partner of HealthStream.

In this special 15-minute conversation, we discuss how understanding generational needs starts with innovative education, as well as what organizations can do to create a more age-inclusive culture.
