ShiftWizard Celebrates Record Customer Growth

2021 ShiftWizard AchievementsOver 300 healthcare facilities are now using ShiftWizard, reflecting a 95% customer loyalty rate. Nurses manage and communicate with their workforce, but also depend on technology to make staff scheduling decisions and control costs. ShiftWizard – a 2020 KLAS Category Leader in Nurse and Staff Scheduling – remains committed to offering a suite of tools focused on easing some of the workload that comes with managing and scheduling a team.

Offering continued commitment to customers, ShiftWizard by HealthStream™ developed and redesigned the Customer Success Team to create wrap-around concierge services. By providing resources and support before, during, and after system implementations and upgrades, the ShiftWizard Customer Success Team helps customers optimize their platform utilization.

New features from an industry leader

With enhanced in-app communication, filters, performance monitoring, and screen views, ShiftWizard users can now see:

  • who is working on a specific day
  • a customized login screen based on their profile preferences and settings
  • the status of feature releases and real-time information on system performance and maintenance
  • a “save-the-view” setting that shows start and end times instead of shift codes within department scheduling
